DIVERSITY & INCLUSION – LESSONS FROM A LEADER
Matthew Willman is a South African based documentary photographer, author & professional speaker. He was the commissioned photographer to Nelson Mandela for 10 years.
This is a storytelling session based on Mathew’s original images of Mandela’s public and private life. It provides a unique platform to explore how Mandela inspired a generation through his leadership and philosophy, and how he achieved his vision during his time as a prisoner and a president.
The main aim of this session is to understand and extract the lessons from Mandela’s personal leadership style, while leaving space for own take-away messages and interpretation by the audience. It will reveal different themes and opportunities to adopt in corporate environment and in human-to-human interactions, in a world that is currently embracing diversity and inclusion as an integral part of growth and development.
The sessions have a duration of 1-1,5 hours and can be booked through: firstname.lastname@example.org
